高层建筑正日益成为城市建设的主体,而钻孔灌注桩往往是高层建筑基础形式的首选.钻孔灌注桩有承载力大、施工安全性好等优点,但质量控制直观性差,施工工艺较复杂,容易出现孔壁坍塌、宿颈、离析、孔底沉泥等缺陷.笔者根据厦门市某高层建筑钻孔灌注桩监理的实情,从事前、事中、事后控制八手,探讨钻孔灌注桩的质量监理.
