[目的]为山西玉米的品质遗传改良提供理论依据。[方法]对2003~2012年山西省审定玉米品种的容重、粗淀粉、粗蛋白、粗脂肪及赖氨酸含量的变化进行分析。[结果]2003~2012年山西省审定玉米品种的平均容重和粗淀粉含量有升高的趋势;2003~2012年山西省审定玉米品种的粗脂肪含量基本无变化;2003~2008年山西省审定玉米品种的赖氨酸含量基本无变化;2003~2012年山西省审定玉米品种的粗蛋白含量略有下降。[结论]粗淀粉含量和容重随玉米产量的提高而提高,而粗蛋白含量、粗脂肪含量的赖氨酸含量等指标具有相对的稳定性,主要由遗传基因所控制,因此必须加强专用型玉米选育。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for genetic improvement of maize quality in Shanxi. [Method] The changes of bulk density, crude starch, crude protein, crude fat and lysine content in corn varieties validated from 2003 to 2012 in Shanxi Province were analyzed. [Result] The average bulk density and crude starch content of corn varieties validated in Shanxi Province tended to increase from 2003 to 2012. The content of crude fat in certified varieties of corn in Shanxi Province basically remained unchanged from 2003 to 2012. The certified corn in Shanxi Province from 2003 to 2008 The content of lysine in cultivars changed little. The content of crude protein in corn varieties examined in Shanxi province decreased slightly from 2003 to 2012. [Conclusion] The content of crude starch and bulk density increased with the increase of corn yield. However, the content of crude protein and lysine content of crude fat were relatively stable, mainly controlled by genetic information. Therefore, special corn breeding.
