我国面对巨大的人口压力,为使农业土地资源充分得到使用与利用,化肥和农药的施用成为提高土地产出水平的重要手段。化肥和农药的大量使用造成土壤、水体(河流、湖泊、海湾)和大气环境质量的污染,成为我国农业面源污染的最主要诱因。农业面源污染规模大、防治困难,已经成为危害全球生态环境的一个重要问题。中国是一个农业大国,农村是农民生产与生活的基地,是全国人民生活的源泉,近年来我国农村生态环境恶化严重,防治农业面源污染,提高农产品质量,是国民经济的根本,关系到社会经济的可持续发展。农业面源污染控制对农村生态环境保护、全面建设小康社会以及生态文明建设都具有重要意义。
In the face of enormous population pressure in our country, in order to fully utilize and utilize agricultural land resources, the application of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has become an important means to increase land output. The heavy use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has caused pollution of soil and water bodies (rivers, lakes, bays) and atmospheric environmental quality, becoming the most important inducement of agricultural non-point source pollution in China. Large-scale agricultural non-point source pollution and prevention and control difficulties have become an important issue that endangers the global ecological environment. China is a big agricultural country. The countryside is the base for the peasants’ production and life and the source of the people’s life in the country. In recent years, the ecological environment in our country has deteriorated seriously. Prevention and control of agricultural non-point pollution and improvement of the quality of agricultural products are fundamental to the national economy, Economic sustainable development. Agricultural non-point source pollution control is of great significance to the protection of rural ecological environment, building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the construction of ecological civilization.
