台湾技职教育培养体系以“完全双轨制”为特征,初中毕业学生可以选择在“普通教育”和“技职教育”两大体系内学习,纵向追求人才的专深性发展,横向与普通教育沟通,平等平行。台湾技职教育发展得益于法规建设、“普职”平等、资格准入、权益融合、师资能力、培养代训、多元办学、教学机制等建设要素。
The system of technical and vocational education and training in Taiwan is characterized by a “double-track system”.
