工学结合教育模式是我国高职教育发展的必由之路。工学结合教育模式高职教师不仅要能进行知识的传授,还要提高培养学生的职业行动能力。高职院校青年教师专业发展现状不容乐观,造成这种结果的因素包括:高职教师职业声望不高、中央和地方的财政支持力度不足、高职教师职称评定政策引导偏差、高职教师入职标准的缺失、校本培训缺乏、教师职业认同感不强和教师知识结构不合理。
