目的观察中药清宫胶囊治疗药物流产后出血的临床疗效。方法将97例药物流产后出血患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组48例。两组均采用口服药物流产,服药后第7天治疗组口服清宫胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次;对照组口服益母草胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次。5天为1个疗程,用药不超过3个疗程。两组分别于就诊当天(治疗前)、治疗后第5、10、18天检测血人绒毛膜促性腺激素β亚基(β-HCG)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平,并观察药物流产后出血时间及转经情况。结果治疗组49例中治愈25例(51.02%),有效22例(44.90%),无效2例(4.08%);对照组48例中治愈18例(37.50%),有效19例(39.58%),无效11例(22.92%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组药物流产后平均出血时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组在9天内出血停止的例数明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组转经周期、转经经期均短于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组治疗后5、10、18天β-HCG、E2、P水平与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后5、10、18天两组间β-HCG比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清宫胶囊可有效缩短药物流产患者出血时间及月经恢复时间,减少出血量,其作用与加强子宫收缩,减少体内β-HCG分泌,促进子宫内膜修复有关。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinggong capsule in the treatment of bleeding after medical abortion. Methods Ninety-seven patients with post-abortion bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 49) and control group (n = 48). The two groups were treated with oral drug abortion. After 7 days of treatment, Qinggong capsules were orally administered to the treatment group 4 times a day for 3 times. The control group was orally administered with 4 tablets of Motherwort orally, 3 times a day. 5 days for a course of treatment, medication no more than 3 courses. The levels of blood β-HCG, E2 and P were detected on the day of treatment (before treatment) and on the 5th, 10th and 18th day after treatment respectively. , And observe the bleeding time after medical abortion and menstrual flow situation. Results Among the 49 cases in the treatment group, 25 cases were cured (51.02%), 22 cases (44.90%) were effective and 2 cases (4.08%) were ineffective. 18 cases (37.50%) were cured and 19 cases (39.58% , 11 cases were ineffective (22.92%), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The average bleeding time after medical abortion in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.01). The treatment group bleeding stopped within 9 days significantly more cases than the control group (P <0.01). The treatment group, menstrual cycle, menstrual cycle were shorter than the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The levels of β-HCG, E2, P in both groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The difference of β-HCG between the two groups was statistically significant at 5, 10 and 18 days after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions Qinggong Capsule can effectively shorten the bleeding time and menstrual recovery time and reduce the amount of bleeding in patients with medical abortion. Its effect is related to strengthening uterine contraction, decreasing β-HCG secretion and promoting endometrial repair.
