本文报道微电泳不同递质阻断剂对下丘脑室旁核(PVN)痛单位诱发反应的效应。结果表明:(1)PVN痛单位中,阿托品可阻断38个中的7个;六烃季胺阻断27个中的5个,普奈洛尔阻断25个中的4个;酚妥拉明阻断31个中的6个;赛庚啶对52个中的17个有影响,其中14个压抑诱发反应,3个加强其诱发反应。(2)两种受体阻断剂可阻断同一PVN痛单位的诱发反应;阿托品和赛庚啶阻断27个中的2个;六烃季胺和赛庚啶阻断20个中的3个;普奈洛尔和赛庚啶阻断25个中的2个。结果表明:(1)躯体痛信息到下丘脑PVN传入的递质受体机制的多样性。(2)同一PVN痛单位可能接受不同递质系统的传入。
This article reports the effect of different neurotransmitter blockers on evoked response in hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (PVN) pain units. The results showed that: (1) atropine blocked 7 out of 38 of PVN pain units; 5 out of 27 out of 6 hydrocarbon quaternary ammonium blocked, and 4 out of 25 out of propranolol; Lamine blocked 6 out of 31; cyproheptadine had an effect on 17 out of 52, of which 14 suppressed the response and 3 enhanced its response. (2) Both receptor blockers blocked the evoked response in the same PVN pain unit; atropine and cyproheptadine blocked 2 out of 27; hexatriquat and cyproheptadine blocked 3 of the 20 Prophyllol and cyproheptadine blocked 2 out of 25. The results showed that: (1) The diversity of somatotropin receptors in the hypothalamus PVN. (2) The same PVN pain unit may accept different neurotransmitter systems.
