燃油在进入高压油泵之前经过发动机排气管道加温称为柴油预温。试验表明,柴油的温度在75~99℃可以节油并减少积炭。目前我县有三百多台拖拉机采用了柴油预根据我县拖拉机的情况,我们搞了两种预温的办法,即单层管和双层管预温,下面分别介绍一下。单层管预温将排气歧管两端钻两个直径为11毫米的孔,使油管从排气管中间通过,与柴油细滤器的出油孔和高压油泵的进油孔相连。
Before entering the high-pressure fuel pump through the engine exhaust pipe heating known as diesel pre-warming. Experiments show that the temperature of diesel at 75 ~ 99 ℃ can save fuel and reduce carbon deposition. At present, there are more than 300 tractors in our county that have pre-engineered diesel fuel according to the situation of tractors in our county. We conducted two methods of pre-warming, namely single-layer pipe and double-layer pipe pre-heating. Single-layer pipe preheating drill two ends of the exhaust manifold with two holes of 11 mm in diameter to allow the oil pipe to pass through the middle of the exhaust pipe and connect with the oil fine hole of the fine oil filter and the oil inlet of the high-pressure oil pump.
