针对酸化成功率低、重复酸化效果差的问题,从酸化及酸化二次沉淀机理分析入手,提出HF(氢氟酸)第二反应方程式,分别对影响酸化效果的反应浓度、反应时间、酸液类型、施工工艺4个关键因素加以分析。通过实验对比,用岩心渗透率伤害率曲线优选了酸液合理反应浓度和合理反应时间。酸液类型应以潜在酸为应用方向,在施工工艺上应该采用避免酸化二次沉淀的预洗液、离子置换液、保护液等措施,从而开发了QZB(潜在酸+暂堵剂+保护剂)复合酸化技术。
