我们有《哈利·波特》等在中国超级畅销的典范,却没发现哪一种国内图书在海外特别是西方读者市场中大展雄威过,这种现象与中国五千年积累的文化底蕴是极不相称的。中外版权贸易巨大逆差的存在将导致国内图书原创性、民族性的减弱。中国出版业不应该被动,寻找更广阔的海外市场不应该只是出版社的商业行为,更是五千年文化精华走出国门、弘扬于世界的呐喊。
We have a model of super-selling in China such as “Harry Potter,” but we have not found any kind of domestic book that has overshadowed the history of overseas readers especially in the western market. This phenomenon is similar to the cultural heritage accumulated over 5,000 years in China Is extremely disproportionate. The huge deficit of copyright trade in China and abroad will lead to the weakening of the originality and nationality of domestic books. The publishing industry in China should not be passive. Searching for a broader overseas market should not only be a commercial activity of publishing houses. It is also the quintessence of 5,000 years of cultural experience going abroad and promoting the world’s cry.
