如何开发利用贫磁铁矿,近年来已被广泛注意。如南京吉山铁矿(TFe17.98%)已建成投产,安徽陶村铁矿(TFe22.38%)也准备开始设计建设。其特点是:①矿床埋藏浅,规模大,具备露天开采条件;②矿石本身磁性强,可用单一磁选的简单选矿工艺;③选矿指标好,选矿成本低。可见,确定这类贫磁铁矿的工业指标,单一磁选的选矿效果起主导作用。此外,伴生有益元素,开采范围内的表外矿与岩石含铁品位等都影响着贫磁铁矿的工业指标。
How to develop and utilize lean magnetite has been paid extensive attention in recent years. For instance, Nanjing Jishan Iron Mine (TFe17.98%) has been completed and put into production.
