为适应地表径流中多环芳烃分析的需要,研究了一种以中空纤维膜液相微萃取取代传统固相萃取作为提取手段的新型地表径流多环芳烃分析方法.通过实验确定最佳的萃取条件为:以甲苯为萃取剂,在温度35℃,搅拌速率700 r·min-1,盐浓度30 g·L-1条件下萃取10 min.萃取完成后,使用安捷伦气质联用仪进行测定.在上述条件下,16种多环芳烃的回收率范围在52.21%—128.09%之间,相对标准偏差大部分均在0—10%以内,个别超出10%,检测限均低于2μg·L-1.实际检测结果经与固相萃取比较基本一致.该方法可有效地克服地表径流多环芳烃分析中的采样难题,并获得令人满意的检测结果.
In order to meet the need of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) analysis in surface runoff, a new analytical method of surface runoff polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) with hollow fiber membrane liquid phase microextraction instead of traditional solid phase extraction was studied. The optimal extraction conditions As follows: extraction was carried out for 10 min under the conditions of the temperature of 35 ℃, the stirring rate of 700 r · min-1 and the salt concentration of 30 g · L-1 with toluene as the extractant.After the extraction, the determination was carried out by Agilent GC / MS Under the above conditions, the recoveries of 16 PAHs ranged from 52.21% to 128.09%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were mostly within 0-10%, with individual limits exceeding 10% and the detection limits were lower than 2μg · L -1 The results of the actual detection are basically the same as that of the solid phase extraction.The method can effectively overcome the sampling problem in surface runoff polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons analysis and obtain satisfactory detection results.
