以钛酸正丁酯和活性炭为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2-活性炭复合光催化材料,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)和紫外光谱(UV)手段对样品的结构和光学性能进行了表征,发现复合材料中的TiO2以锐钛矿晶型存在和有一个宽的吸收峰。光催化氧化实验表明,复合材料对甲基橙溶液具有很好的光催化活性,这是由于复合材料不仅在紫外区,而且在可见光区域也能吸收光。因此,TiO2-活性炭复合材料具有潜在的工业应用前景。
TiO2-activated carbon composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method using n-butyl titanate and activated carbon as raw materials. X-ray diffractometry (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) The structure and optical properties of the sample were characterized. It was found that the TiO2 in the composite material exists in an anatase crystal form and has a broad absorption peak. Photocatalytic oxidation experiments show that the composite material has good photocatalytic activity for methyl orange solution because the composite material can absorb light not only in the ultraviolet region but also in the visible region. Therefore, TiO2-activated carbon composites have potential industrial applications.
