目的研究细粒棘球蚴B抗原(EgB)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的1型糖尿病(T1DM)模型小鼠牙龈组织中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)表达产生的影响。方法雌性10周龄STZ诱导的T1DM模型小鼠20只,随机分为2组,每组10只,处理组给予EgB 100μg/10 g连续5 d腹腔注射,对照组给予同等剂量0.9%氯化钠注射溶液腹腔注射,取其牙龈组织,用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测牙龈中IL-2、IL-4 mRNA表达。结果 IL-2 mRNA在EgB处理组较对照组表达明显下降(P<0.05);IL-4 mRNA在EgB处理组较对照组表达明显上升(P<0.05)。结论 EgB处理STZ诱导的T1DM模型小鼠,使其牙龈中IL-2 mRNA表达降低,IL-4 mRNA表达升高,影响T1DM免疫应答机制。
Objective To investigate the effect of EgB on the expression of interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) and interleukin - 2 (IL - 2) in gingival tissues of streptozotocin (STZ) induced type 1 diabetes mellitus 4 (IL-4) expression. Methods Twenty female 10-week-old T1DM mice were randomly divided into 2 groups with 10 mice in each group. EgB 100 μg / 10 g was given intraperitoneally for 5 days, while the control group was given 0.9% sodium chloride The gingival tissues were injected intraperitoneally. The expression of IL-2 and IL-4 mRNA in gingival tissues was detected by FQ-PCR. Results The expression of IL-2 mRNA in EgB group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The expression of IL-4 mRNA in EgB group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion EgB treatment of T1DM mice induced by STZ reduced the expression of IL-2 mRNA and the expression of IL-4 mRNA in the gingiva, which affected the mechanism of T1DM immune response.
