目的:观察比较针对小儿紫癜性肾炎采用中西医疗法的治疗效果。方法:选取我院88例小儿紫癜性肾炎患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组50例患者采用中医疗法进行治疗,对照组38例采用西医疗法,对两种疗法进行观察比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.0%,对照组为76.3%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿紫癜性肾炎采用中医治疗效果显著,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe and compare the treatment of children with Purpuric Nephritis by Western Medicine. Methods: 88 cases of children with purpura nephritis in our hospital as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of 50 patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine, the control group of 38 patients with Western medical treatment of both therapies Observe and compare. Results: The total effective rate was 94.0% in the observation group and 76.3% in the control group. The treatment effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of purpura nephritis in children with Chinese medicine is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
