目的:探讨从山东莱芜引种到湖南地区的白花丹参药材的产量及质量。方法:相同条件种植白花丹参和紫花丹参,计算2种丹参根的条数、粗细、根的鲜干质量,采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的含量,并对根横切面的显微特征进行研究。结果:引种后的白花丹参有效成分含量符合药典标准,产量显著提高,二者的根横切面显微特征有明显的差异。结论:白花丹参适合在湖南种植,可作为优质的丹参资源在湖南引种并开发利用。
Objective: To investigate the yield and quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae introduced from Laiwu in Shandong Province to Hunan Province. Methods: The same conditions were planted Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia miltiorrhiza. The number, weight and root fresh weight of two Salvia miltiorrhiza roots were calculated. The contents of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza were determined by high performance liquid chromatography Cross-section of the microscopic features of the study. Results: The content of the effective components of the introduced Salvia miltiorrhiza in accordance with the Pharmacopoeia standards, the yield was significantly increased, the two cross-section of the root microscopic characteristics were significantly different. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza suitable for planting in Hunan, Salvia can be used as a quality introduction in Hunan and development and utilization.
