目的观察模拟失重恢复期骨质的变化。方法 7周龄大鼠尾吊 2 1d后分别自由活动 7d和 2 1d并测定骨矿盐含量。结果大鼠尾吊 2 1d后股骨矿盐明显丢失 ,血清骨钙素含量及血磷浓度明显降低 ;大鼠恢复期第 7天矿盐含量和血清骨钙素浓度仍明显低于对照组 ,但血清钙、磷、镁的浓度明显升高 ;恢复期第 2 1天所有指标均恢复至对照水平。结论大鼠后肢去负荷导致的股骨矿盐丢失可在再负荷后逐渐恢复 ,血清骨钙素可监测骨质的恢复状况。
Objective To observe the change of bone mass in simulated weightlessness recovery period. Methods Tail-suspended rats of 7-week-old rats were allowed to move freely for 7 days and 21 days, respectively, and bone mineral content was determined. Results After 2 days, the femoral mineral salt was obviously lost and the content of serum osteocalcin and the content of serum phosphorus were obviously decreased. On the 7th day after recovery, the content of mineral salt and serum osteocalcin were still lower than those of the control group Serum calcium, phosphorus and magnesium concentrations were significantly increased; recovery of the first 21 days all indicators were restored to the control level. Conclusions The loss of femur caused by the hindlimb unloading in rats may recover gradually after reloading, and serum osteocalcin can monitor the recovery of bone.
