为探明云锡矿工肺癌的致病因子,我们同中国预防医学科学院劳动卫生与职业病研究所合作,对我国9种不同踢矿、不同含砷量的矿尘作了诱癌实验研究。 材料与方法 实验动物 由中国医学科学院实验动物研究所提供。采用3月龄、体重180~220g Wistar雌、雄性大鼠610只。实验分组和剂量见表。 粉尘制备 矿石经粉碎后,用金属球磨机和玛瑙乳钵研磨,使粉尘粒径90%以上小于10μm,将各种矿尘和测试物质配成生理盐水混悬液,于染尘前1天高压灭菌并加入青霉素(每只动物2,000单位)。
