近年来,大学生参加志愿服务已经成为大学生在校期间接受教育的重要组成部分。从扶贫开发、社区建设、环境保护、大型活动、社会服务等方面,参加志愿服务活动已成为广大大学生的自觉行动。笔者所在学校是一所高职院校,高职学生在学习、心理上有其特点,思想政治教育的方式较本科学生有不同之处。笔者带领学生参与了一年多的助残志愿服务,的确看到学生志愿者在思想上和行动上的改变。本文拟从四个部分对南京高职院校大学生在参与助残类志愿服务的实践育人成效进行研究:高职院校大学生特点、南京高职院校助残志愿服务开展情况、助残志愿服务实践育人的成效性、高职学生助残志愿服务的障碍因素及对策研究,从而为高职院校开展大学生思想政治教育提供新的途径。
In recent years, college students participating in volunteer service has become an important part of college students’ education during their school years. From the aspects of poverty alleviation and development, community building, environmental protection, large-scale activities and social services, participation in volunteer service activities has become the conscious action of the majority of undergraduates. The author’s school is a higher vocational college. The higher vocational students have their own characteristics in learning and psychology. The ways of ideological and political education are different from undergraduate students. The author led students to participate in more than a year of volunteer service, indeed see the student volunteers in the ideological and operational changes. This article intends to study the effectiveness of college students participating in the practice of helping disabled students in four parts: the characteristics of undergraduates in vocational colleges, the development of disabled volunteer services in Nanjing higher vocational colleges, the practice of helping disabled volunteers The effectiveness of human beings, the obstacles and the countermeasures of vocational college students’ disability volunteer service, so as to provide a new way for college students to carry out their ideological and political education.
