锡兴钢铁联合公司二炼分厂有从意大利引进的30吨高功率电炉,有从日本引进的6米连铸机,还有一些国内配套的设备。1987年8月投产以来,一直没有在备品备件上做深入细致的工作,使用、库存情况不清,时常出现盲目订货或因备品备件短缺而造成停产。1991年1月,二炼分厂开始在备品备件管理上下功夫。 一、建立备品备件计算机管理系统 建立一个切实可行的备品备件计算机管理系统,必须有业务管理经验丰富的人员参加。建立的起码条件是:已建立合理的备品备件组织机构;业务渠道畅通、备品备件流向清楚;有健全的备品备件管理制度和具备库房物质基础。二炼分厂就是在这些条件的基础上开发出了管理系统。由于分厂级的备品备件不存在
