近年来,在腹泻治疗研究领域中的一个重要进展,是可以采用一种简单的含萄萄糖—电解质溶液纠正脱水。世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的口服补液盐(简称ORS)已应用于数以百万计腹泻脱水治疗,普遍证实其纠正脱水成功率司达95％以上。我国在卫生部领导下从1981年开始将ORS在国内试用,取得相同的疗效。1982年全国小儿腹泻会议上制订了ORS治疗小儿腹泻脱水方案(草案),倡仪全国推广应用。现将ORS进展及临床应用问题简介如下。
In recent years, an important advance in the field of diarrhea treatment research is that a simple glucose-electrolyte solution containing glucose can be used to correct dehydration. Oral rehydration salts (ORS), recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), have been used in millions of cases of diarrheal dehydration and have been generally proven to correct over 95% of dehydration success rates. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Health in China, ORS has been piloted in China since 1981, achieving the same effect. 1982 National Pediatric Diarrhea Conference developed ORS treatment of children with diarrhea dehydration program (draft), advocacy nationwide promotion and application.
