双丝间接电弧焊(TWIAW)是一种新研发的具有理论研究价值和应用前景的焊接工艺。本文根据磁流体动力学理论,建立了双丝间接电弧的数学模型,运用ANSYS软件,对双丝间接电弧等离子体温度场、电流密度和等离子体流速分布等参数进行了数值模拟,数值模拟结果与焊接实际情况比较符合,为双丝间接电弧的进一步研究及该焊接工艺的推广应用提供了重要数据。
Double wire indirect arc welding (TWIAW) is a newly developed welding process with theoretical research value and application prospect. Based on the theory of MHD, a mathematical model of indirect arc of double wire was set up. By using ANSYS software, the parameters of temperature field, current density and plasma velocity distribution of indirect arc plasma were numerically simulated. The results of numerical simulation The actual welding conditions are in good agreement, providing important data for the further study of the double-wire indirect arc and the popularization and application of the welding process.
