直肠癌是一种常见病。低位直肠癌患者经Milles手术后留置人工肛门,会给病人带来生活不便及精神压力。我科自1990年3月～1999年3月,选择性地对22例低位直肠癌患者,施行保留外括约肌的根治手术,取得满意疗效。
Rectal cancer is a common disease. In patients with low rectal cancer who have artificial anus after Milles surgery, it will cause life inconvenience and mental stress to the patient. In our department from March 1990 to March 1999, 22 patients with low rectal cancer were treated with selective radical sphincter preservation surgery and achieved satisfactory results.
