目的:采用高效液相色谱,切换波长-梯度洗脱法同时测定复方丹参制剂中9个有效成分的含量。方法:应用反相C18柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液作为梯度洗脱流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长281,203,270 nm;柱温30℃。结果:9个成分的峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r>0.999 0);回收率为94.87%~104.31%。结论:此方法可作为复方丹参制剂多成分质量控制的标准。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of nine active ingredients in compound Danshen formulation simultaneously by high performance liquid chromatography with wavelength-gradient elution. Methods: The reversed-phase C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with a gradient of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 281, 203 and 270 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The linear relationship between the peak areas of nine components and the concentration was good (r> 0.999 0). The recoveries ranged from 94.87% to 104.31%. Conclusion: This method can be used as a standard for multi-component quality control of compound Danshen preparations.
