本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相,使用C_(18)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在200nm波长下对试样中的苯噻酰草胺和乙氧磺隆进行分离和定量分析。结果表明苯噻酰草胺和乙氧磺隆的线性相关系数分别为0.999 9和0.999 2;标准偏差为0.03和0.04;变异系数为0.04%和1.58%;平均回收率99.96%和99.68%。
In this paper, high performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile + 0.05% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, using C 18 column and diode array detector at 200nm wavelength of the sample of phenothinamide and ethoxysulfate Lung for separation and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of phenothinid and ethoxysulfuron were 0.999 9 and 0.999 2 respectively; the standard deviations were 0.03 and 0.04; the coefficients of variation were 0.04% and 1.58%; the average recoveries were 99.96% and 99.68% respectively.
