本文以三亚凤凰岛邮轮港为研究对象,通过文献阅读法、实地考察法、案例分析法。发现凤凰岛邮轮母港存在航线单一、旅游产品单一、港口接待能力薄弱、缺乏邮轮港口接待相关人才几个问题。并针对上述问题提出增加邮轮航线、设计新的旅游产品、完善邮轮港口接待配套设施、加强校企合作等意见和建议。 This article takes Sanya Phoenix Island cruise port as the research object, through the literature reading method, the fieldwork method, the case analysis method. It is found that there are several problems in the port of cruise of Phoenix Island, such as single route, single tourism product, weak reception capacity in the port and lack of relevant personnel in the cruise port. In response to the above questions, suggestions are put forward such as increasing cruise lines, designing new tourism products, improving facilities for receiving cruise ships and ports, and strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises.
