Notch信号通路参与细胞增生、分化和凋亡等诸多过程。Notch不仅在心血管系统发育中发挥重要作用,而且通过阻止心肌细胞过度肥大和维持干细胞池功能稳定,参与成体心脏的内稳态调节和心肌修复过程。文章就近年来有关Notch信号通路结构特点、调控胚胎期和出生后心脏发育、维持心脏结构完整性及应用于组织再生等方面的研究进展作一综述。
Notch signaling pathway involved in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis and many other processes. Notch not only plays an important role in the development of the cardiovascular system but also participates in the homeostasis of the adult heart and the process of myocardial repair by preventing cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and maintaining a stable stem cell pool. In this paper, the recent progress on the structural characteristics of Notch signaling pathway, regulation of embryonic development and postnatal cardiac development, maintenance of cardiac structural integrity and its application in tissue regeneration are reviewed.
