目的:应用注入腺苷的前质—硫酸腺嘌呤复制的大鼠心脏预处理与经典缺血预处理的对比观察,探讨腺苷预处理效应。方法:实验采用体重为250~300g雄性SD大鼠48只,分4组,每组12只,即正常对照组(NC组);缺血再灌组(I/R组);经典缺血预处理组(IPC组);硫酸腺嘌呤预处理组(ASPC组)。通过图像分析测算Ca2+·Mg2+ATPase活性及心肌梗塞范围。结果:IPC、ASPC组Ca2+·Mg2+ATPase活性较I/R组明显升高(P<001),梗塞面积较I/R组明显缩小(P<001)。结论:硫酸腺嘌呤注入大鼠可显示出经典预处理的类似效应。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of adenosine preconditioning on preconditioning of ischemic preconditioning and ischemic preconditioning in rats preconditioned with adenosine sulphate. Methods: Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 250-300g were divided into 4 groups (n = 12): normal control group (NC group); ischemia / reperfusion group Treatment group (IPC group); adenine sulfate pretreatment group (ASPC group). Calculate the activity of Ca2 + · Mg2 + ATPase and the extent of myocardial infarction by image analysis. Results: Compared with I / R group, the activity of Ca2 +. Mg2 + ATPase in IPC and ASPC groups was significantly higher than that in I / R group (P <001). The infarct area was significantly smaller than that in I / R group (P <001). CONCLUSION: Adenine sulfate injection in rats shows a similar effect of classical pretreatment.
