本文以先玉420为试验材料,在盆栽条件下,研究了不同氮肥处理和水分胁迫条件对玉米幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫显著降低了叶绿素b含量和根系活力;水分亏缺下,氮肥的增加,叶片叶绿素a含量和根系活力也随之增加,叶片和根系保护酶活性均遵循“低促高抑”的原则。正常供水下,适度的氮肥使硝酸还原酶活性显著升高,其中根系中酶活性的升高幅度要大于叶片,而氮肥对水分胁迫下玉米幼苗叶片和根系硝酸还原酶影响不大。
In this paper, the Xian Yu-420 as the experimental material, potted under the conditions of different nitrogen fertilizer and water stress on physiological characteristics of maize seedlings. The results showed that under water stress, the contents of chlorophyll b and root activity were significantly reduced. Under the condition of water deficit, the increase of nitrogen fertilizer increased the content of chlorophyll a and the activity of root system, while the activity of protective enzymes in leaves and roots followed “ ”the rules. Under normal water supply, moderate nitrogen fertilizer increased nitrate reductase activity significantly, and the increase of enzyme activity in root system was greater than that of leaf. Nitrogen fertilizer had little effect on nitrate reductase of corn seedling leaves and roots under water stress.
