利用产品设计知识生成诊断知识对于快速、准确地获取较为完备的诊断知识有着重要意义。在分析了产品设计领域诊断知识源的基础上,建立了诊断知识生成与应用的系统模型,其中主要包含了通过将诊断所需的设计知识提炼、组织而生成的诊断BOM视图与诊断系统中的知识组织模型的建立,前者实现产品设计知识向诊断知识的转化,后者实现这些知识在故障诊断中的应用。以列车自动门为例进行应用分析,开发了相应的诊断系统,为列车自动门诊断系统开发跟不上其维护的难题的解决提供一种新方法。最后,通过列车自动门故障诊断实例进行验证分析。
The use of product design knowledge to generate diagnostic knowledge for rapid and accurate access to more complete diagnostic knowledge is of great significance. Based on the analysis of the sources of diagnostic knowledge in the field of product design, a system model for the generation and application of diagnostic knowledge is established. The system model mainly consists of the diagnostic BOM view and the diagnostic system generated by refining and organizing the design knowledge necessary for diagnosis The establishment of knowledge organization model, the former to achieve the transformation of product design knowledge to diagnostic knowledge, the latter to achieve the application of these knowledge in fault diagnosis. Taking the automatic train door as an example, this paper analyzes the application and develops the corresponding diagnosis system to provide a new method for the development of automatic train diagnosis system. Finally, the automatic train door fault diagnosis through examples of analysis.
