对1例癫痫患者添加拉莫三嗪治疗后出现咳嗽进行总结和分析。根据目前药物不良反应判定标准，考虑本例患者的咳嗽为拉莫三嗪肯定的药物不良反应。拉莫三嗪作为癫痫药和情感稳定剂在临床广泛应用。了解拉莫三嗪导致咳嗽的不良反应，对避免咳嗽的误诊误治具有重要临床意义。“,”The cough related with lamotrigine in a patient with epilepsy was analyzed and summarized.
