目的探讨改良的新生儿测试方法对其听力筛查结果的影响。方法应用丹麦生产的(AEO—Screen)筛查型耳声发射分析仪进行测试。将足月妊娠分娩的新生儿500例分成两组,选择2010年1~10月单日在某院分娩的250例新生儿为实验组、双日在该院分娩的250例新生儿为对照组。对照组新生儿采用常规听力筛查方法。实验组新生儿采用改良的新生儿听力筛查方法。结果实验组新生儿听力筛查复筛率(6.8%),明显低于对照组(18.8%),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论改良的新生儿听力测试方法可提高新生儿听力筛查通过率。
Objective To explore the impact of a modified neonatal test on hearing screening results. Methods The test was performed using an AEO-Screen screening otoacoustic emission analyzer manufactured in Denmark. One hundred and fifty newborn infants born in full-term pregnancy were divided into two groups. One hundred and fifty newborn infants born in one hospital from January to October in 2010 were selected as the experimental group. Two hundred and fifty newborn infants born in the hospital on the double day were taken as the control group . The control group of newborns using conventional hearing screening method. The experimental group of newborns using a modified neonatal hearing screening method. Results The neonatal hearing screening screening rate (6.8%) in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (18.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Improved neonatal hearing test can improve neonatal hearing screening rate.
