目的:对抑郁症首次发病的患者的内皮祖细胞数量和功能变化进行初步研究。方法:根据国际疾病分类第十次修订本首发重性抑郁症的诊断标准判断中年抑郁症患者20例是否合格,结果表明,24项HAMD抑郁量表评分>35分,定为观察组。选择正常志愿者20例,判断24项HAMD抑郁量表,评分<8分,要求志愿者的性别、年龄、受教育程度均与观察组相当,设为对照组。分离外周血内皮祖细胞并进行体外培养,对于EPC生长情况进行观察和记录,通过分析多项指标分析EPC各项,判断具有分化为内皮细胞的特性,进行统计学分析。结果:观察组外周血EPC细胞数量和细胞增殖率低于对照组,观察组血清白细胞介素水平超过对照组,超敏反应蛋白水平高于对照组,两个数据差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);(2)Spearman相关分析显示,患者组IL-6和TNF-d水平与循环EPCs的数量和增殖率呈负相关(均P<0.05);(3)多元线性逐步回归分析显示,HAMD总分和IL-6水平是循环EPC数量的独立影响因素(均P 35 points, as the observation group. Conclusion: The number of EPC first onset of depression in patients with reduced, thereby reducing the number of permits Mingneipizu cell dysfunction.
