采用超滤组合工艺处理超高盐度制盐卤水,分析了砂滤、混凝气浮+砂滤和混凝气浮+砂滤+超滤等不同处理工艺下的卤水处理效果,对比分析了各工况下膜系统单周期运行的膜比通量(SF)和膜污染速率(K)。实验结果表明:混凝气浮+砂滤对卤水TOC、浊度、SS都有较好的去除效果,其去除率依次为35.6%~38.9%、38.8%~54.7%和68.7%~73.4%,混凝气浮+砂滤+超滤对TOC和浊度去除率提高为38.6%~44.2%和99.6%~99.7%;运行通量升高,膜污染速率加快,改变错流量几乎不影响膜污染速率,混凝气浮+砂滤预处理后膜比通量提高,膜污染速率明显降低。
Ultra-high salinity salt brine was treated by the combination of ultrafiltration technology. The effects of brine treatment under different treatment processes, such as sand filtration, coagulation floatation + sand filtration and coagulation floatation + sand filtration + ultrafiltration, were analyzed and compared Membrane specific flux (SF) and membrane fouling rate (K) for single-cycle operation of the membrane system at all operating conditions. The experimental results show that the removal efficiency of TOC, turbidity and SS in brine is better than that of the other one. The removal efficiencies are 35.6% -38.9%, 38.8% -54.7% and 68.7% -73.4%, respectively. The removal efficiency of TOC and turbidity was increased from 38.6% to 44.2% and 99.6% to 99.7% for coagulation floatation + sand filtration + ultrafiltration; the operation flux increased, the rate of membrane fouling accelerated, and the change of cross flow hardly affected membrane fouling The rate of membrane flotation increases with the increase of velocity and coagulation floatation + sand filtration pretreatment, and the membrane fouling rate obviously decreases.
