本文给出了一种与目前一般的工业控制机中所使用的嵌入式固态盘(embeddedSSD)以及微型机中使用的固态盘卡(build—inSSD),介绍了不同的SSD的设计策略和方法,论述了按此策略和方法研制的可靠性、可维护性、可扩充性和通用性。在此SSD所能模拟的范围内,对不同的目标磁盘式磁鼓只需改写有关的EPROM、PROM,选择配制开关(跨接线)不同位置,即可实际取代相应的目标磁盘或磁鼓,不必改动原系统中的任何软硬件。
In this paper, we introduce a design strategy and method of different SSDs, which are similar to the embedded SSDs and the build-in SSDs used in the conventional industrial controllers. Discusses the reliability, maintainability, scalability and versatility developed by this strategy and method. In the range that this SSD can simulate, the target disk drum can be replaced by the corresponding target disk or drum only by rewriting the related EPROM, PROM and selecting different positions of the preparation switch (jumper wire) for different target drum type drums Alter the original system of any hardware and software.
