当前,在建设具有外语中国特色理论体系的框架下,师资队伍培训尤为重要。外语教师师资队伍在整合方面取得快速发展,但整体上还存在诸多问题,如何通过教师研修来弥补诸多问题,已成为当务之急。本文旨在通过国内外的外语研修模式再思考,以促进外语教师队伍的不断完善,进一步促进具有中国特色外语教学理论的形成和完善,有效解决外语教学改革的问题。 At present, under the framework of building a theoretical system with foreign language with Chinese characteristics, training of teachers is particularly important. Foreign teachers have made rapid progress in integration. However, there are still many problems on the whole. How to remedy many problems through teacher training has become a top priority. The purpose of this paper is to re-think through foreign and domestic foreign language training modes so as to promote the continual improvement of foreign language teachers and further promote the formation and improvement of foreign language teaching theories with Chinese characteristics so as to effectively solve the problems of foreign language teaching reform.
