本文研究了以碳酸钾、对二氯甲基苯(PXDC)为原料,用苄基三乙基氯化铵(BTEAC)/碘化钾双催化剂合成聚对苯二亚甲基碘酸酯(PC)的新工艺。产物用IR、~1H-NMR、〔η〕、M_n及溶解度进行表征。对影响聚合反应的诸因素,如溶剂、反应温度与时间、催化剂的种类与用量作了较详细的考察。研究结果表明,以乙腈为溶剂,BTEAC/KCO_3(摩尔比)为1/5,在80±2℃,磁力搅拌反应36小时,得到转化率为80.6%的聚碳酸酯。并对双催化聚合机理作了初步探讨。
In this paper, the synthesis of poly (p-phenyleneterephthalate) (PC) from potassium bicarbonate and p-dichlorobenzylbenzene (PXDC) using benzyltriethylammonium chloride (BTEAC) New Technology. The product was characterized by IR, ~ 1H-NMR, [η], M_n and solubility. Factors affecting the polymerization reaction, such as the solvent, the reaction temperature and time, the type and amount of catalyst made a more detailed study. The results showed that acetonitrile was the solvent, BTEAC / KCO_3 (molar ratio) was 1/5, and the reaction was stirred at 80 ± 2 ℃ for 36 hours under magnetic stirring to obtain a polycarbonate with a conversion of 80.6%. The mechanism of double catalysis polymerization was also discussed.
