近年来,随着我国市场经济体制的良性运转,国民经济发展水平日益提高,企业组织在社会结构中的作用日益突出。在企业经济地位形成的同时,进一步强化企业党务工作建设,提高企业内部党务工作人员的素质,是提升企业内党的政治工作水平的关键;企业党务干部队伍建设工作是企业政治资源的核心,也是特殊的市场竞争力,在中国特色现代企业制度下代表了主动适应社会改革的能力。本文中将深入探讨目前企业体制下党务干部队伍建设中存在的问题,并提出相关的建议。
