本文对某发电厂高温作业工人神经行为功能进行了测试。结果表明,与对照组相比工龄1年以上的受试者视简单反应时、听简单反应时、视选择反应时和听选择反应时明显延长,数字跟踪、数字记忆和行为指数明显低于对照组。工前与工中比较,视简单反应时、听简单反应时、视选择反应时、听选择反应时、动作反应时和指叩测验等差异有显著性意义。工中反应时明显延长,反应时减少,且选择反应时明显长于简单反应时,提示高温明显降低作业工人的神经行为功能。此外,SG-A行为功能测试仪是用作研究高温引起神经行为功能改变的理想工具。
This paper tests the neurobehavioral function of high temperature workers in a power plant. The results showed that compared with the control group, the subjects with more than 1 year of service had simple response, simple response, selective response and selective response time significantly prolonged, digital tracking, digital memory and behavior index was significantly lower than the control group. Pre-job and work-based comparison, as a simple reaction, listening to simple reactions, depending on the choice of response, listening to select the reaction, the reaction time and the finger knock test, and other differences were significant. Workers in the reaction time was significantly extended, the reaction time decreased, and the choice of reaction was significantly longer than the simple reaction, suggesting that high temperature significantly reduce the worker’s neurobehavioral function. In addition, the SG-A Behavioral Tester is an ideal tool for studying changes in neurobehavioral function caused by high temperatures.
