随着知识经济的逐渐发展,人力资本的作用和地位在不断的深化和提高。企业间的竞争逐渐演变为人才间的竞争,人力资本将成为提高企业竞争力的战略性因素。那么,如何有效地激励员工,充分调动员工的积极性,成为企业在激烈的市场竞争中稳中取胜的关键。文章从人力资本的视角出发,以人力资本产权理论和委托代理理论为基础分析人力资本激励的必要性及国有企业薪酬激励的现状;在国有企业人力资本和非人力资本实现统一的基础上,对不同产权性质人力资本进行多元化薪酬激励提出几点针对性的构想,以最大限度地发挥公司人力资本的效用。
With the gradual development of knowledge economy, the role and status of human capital continue to deepen and improve. The competition among enterprises gradually evolves into the competition among talents, and human capital will become a strategic factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. So, how to effectively motivate employees and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees has become the key to achieving a steady win in the fierce market competition. From the perspective of human capital, this paper analyzes the necessity of human capital incentive and the status quo of state-owned enterprise salary incentive based on human capital property right theory and principal-agent theory. On the basis of the unification of human capital and non-human capital of state-owned enterprises, Different nature of the human nature of the property rights of a wide range of compensation incentives put forward a few targeted ideas to maximize the effectiveness of the company’s human capital.
