目的研究奥丹色酮对蛙心室有效不应期及相对不应期的影响。方法牛蛙在体蛙心灌流。结果低于10-3μmol/L浓度的奥丹色酮对蛙心室有效不应期及相对不应期均无明显影响(P>0.05)。起始有效浓度为10-3μmol/L,在10-3~10μmol/L范围内,对有效不应期无明显影响,但显著延长相对不应期(P<0.01),且呈剂量依赖性及时间依从性关系。结论奥丹色酮具有延长蛙心室相对不应期的作用。
