我们读了《中国医药报》98年10月17日载“延年益寿五要点”后颇感它的寓意深隧,受益匪浅。这五点是:1.一二三四五:每日吃一只鸡蛋,二百五十毫升鲜牛奶,三百克粮食,四十克水果,五百克蔬菜。按此食谱,基本可防止肥胖及缺钙,总热量在二千大卡左右。2.红黄绿白黑:即每日喝五十克至一百克红葡萄酒,多吃点黄皮水果、绿色蔬菜、乳白色豆制品和黑木耳、黑芝麻等。
We read the “China Medical News” October 17, 1998 contains “Five Essentials of Longevity,” quite implied meaning of the tunnel, benefit.
