This paper mainly studies the cost, market situation, distribution and recovery process of aircraft catering service of some airlines in China with the help of network questionnaires and field research, combined with the relevant information, and conducts a comparative study on the impact on the economic benefits of airlines In-depth exploration. On this basis, this paper proposes that the traditional airlines should take advantage of their wide distribution network and multiple transport hubs to meet the needs of different travelers in terms of catering services.
