随着经济的发展和科技的进步,社会需要更多的应用型人才投入到现代化建设中。近年来,受经济环境等诸多因素的影响,高校毕业生就业情况不容乐观,尤其是高职高专毕业生就业形势十分严峻。高职高专院校开设的目的是为了培养高技术的应用型人才,然而,由于高职高专学生学习能力、自我约束能力等因素的影响,在就业竞争力上与本科毕业生有明显的差距,对他们进行有效的管理显得十分必要。本文将主要对如何有效的对高职高专学生进行管理,提升他们的就业能力进行探讨。
With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the society needs more applied talents to invest in the modernization.
