对日光杀灭微生物的效果进行了试验观察。试验用载体法进行。将大肠杆菌(ATCC 25922及19株地方型)与金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538及19株地方型)各20株,分别制成含菌量为10~9 cfu/ml 的菌悬液。取0.1ml 菌悬液滴染于1cm×2cm 布片上,制成菌片。另将 HBsAg 阳性血清0.1ml,涂染于玻片(1cm×1cm)上,制成试验用样片。试验分别于冬季1月中旬与夏季7月中
