研制了无增益微通道板(Microchannel plate,MCP)选通X射线分幅相机,由无增益MCP变像管、成像针孔阵列、皮秒选通脉冲发生器及CCD构成。对相机时间分辨率进行了测量,当无增益MCP加载-1.5 k V、145 ps的选通脉冲和-300 V的直流偏置时,测得相机的时间分辨率为59 ps。改变MCP直流偏置电压,获得了时间分辨率、输出信号强度与MCP偏置电压的关系。实验结果表明,随着MCP偏置电压的减小,时间分辨率提高,但输出信号强度降低。
A non-gain microchannel plate (MCP) gated X-ray framing camera was developed. It consists of gainless MCP vial, imaging pinhole array, picosecond strobe generator and CCD. The camera time resolution was measured and the camera’s temporal resolution was measured as 59 ps when the gainless MCP was loaded with a -1.5 kV, 145 ps strobe and -300 V dc bias. The MCP DC bias voltage was changed to obtain the relationship between the time resolution, output signal strength and MCP bias voltage. Experimental results show that as the MCP bias voltage decreases, the temporal resolution increases, but the output signal strength decreases.
