综合运用专家咨询、理论分析和频度分析3种方法,并使用市场价值法、碳税法、影子工程法、机会成本法和替代法等方法,对天水市耤河示范区闫家河小流域水土保持综合治理效益进行了计算与评价。闫家河小流域综合治理的年生态效益总价值为7 684.48万元,其中水圈生态效益501.02万元、土圈生态效益1 655.15万元、气圈生态效益5 322.02万元、生物圈生态效益206.29万元;社会效益大部分仅局限在定性评价方面,这方面评价有待今后进一步研究。
The methods of market value method, carbon tax method, shadow engineering method, opportunity cost method and substitution method were used to analyze the water and soil conservation of Yanjialu small watershed in the Bahe River demonstration area of Tianshui City comprehensively using expert advice, theoretical analysis and frequency analysis. Governance benefits were calculated and evaluated. Yanjiahe small watershed comprehensive management of the ecological value of the total value of 688.448 million yuan, of which 5.021 million yuan water circle eco-efficiency, soil ecological benefits of 16.5151 million yuan, the balloon eco-efficiency of 51.22 million yuan, the biosphere ecological benefits 2.0629 million yuan ; Most of the social benefits are limited to qualitative evaluation, evaluation in this area to be further studied in the future.
