以14株灰树花(Grifola frondosa)菌株为试验材料,以30%的木耳菌糠作为栽培基质,通过记录子实体颜色、菌丝长速、子实体形态(朵长、朵宽、朵高)、产量、等农艺性状,计算出不同性状内的变异系数,评价不同菌株的生物学特性。研究结果表明:各性状间存在不同程度的遗传变异,其中朵宽性状的变异系数最大,为3%~17%。菌株HH01、HH02、HH06子实体形状好、开片能力强、生物学效率高、子实体颜色好,适合在牡丹江地区推广栽培。
Fourteen strains of Grifola frondosa were used as experimental material and 30% of fungi were used as culture medium. The color of fruiting body, the length of hyphae, the shape of fruiting body (length of flower, width of flower and height of flower) , Yield and other agronomic traits, the coefficient of variation of different traits was calculated, and the biological characteristics of different strains were evaluated. The results showed that there were different degrees of genetic variation among the traits, among which the coefficient of variation of the flower-width trait was the largest, ranging from 3% to 17%. Strains HH01, HH02, HH06 fruiting body shape is good, open the ability, biological efficiency, fruiting body color is good, suitable for promotion and cultivation in Mudanjiang.
