目的评价标本前处理系统在临床实验室中的应用。方法对Hitachi标本前处理系统从完成原始标本的条码识别、离心、开盖、分注并传送到在线分析仪上检测的整个过程 ,就该系统标本处理速度、报警频率、分注失败原因等性能进行评价。结果系统5min和7min离心时间的平均标本处理速度分别为210和185个/h ;报警频率为1.38 % ,以分注失败(1.28 %)为主 ;分注失败的主要原因是标本量少占79.2 %。结论一名工作人员可以完成标本前处理系统及在线分析仪的日常操作和维护工作 ,各模块的报警频率低、处理简单 ;标本前处理系统能高效率地代替手工分析前处理 ,显著地减少分析前标本处理的差错和提高实验室自动化程度 ;适用于标本量大、采用条形码技术的临床实验室
Objective To evaluate the application of specimen pretreatment system in clinical laboratory. Methods The whole process of Hitachi pretreatment system from the completion of the original specimen bar code recognition, centrifugation, opening, dispensing and transmission to the on-line analyzer, the system specimen processing speed, alarm frequency, the reasons for the failure of the results Evaluation. Results The average speed of centrifugation at 5 min and 7 min was 210 and 185 / h, respectively. The alarm frequency was 1.38% and the failure rate was 1.28%. The main reason for the failed injection was 79.2 %. Conclusion A staff member can complete the routine operation and maintenance of the pre-sample preparation system and on-line analyzer. The alarm frequency of each module is low and the processing is simple. The pre-sample preparation system can efficiently replace the manual pre-processing and significantly reduce the analysis The error of the former specimen processing and the improvement of the degree of automation of the laboratory; it is suitable for clinical laboratories with large amount of samples and using bar code technology
