对人力资源管理外包风险进行科学评价,是外包管理的重要环节。本文从风险的来源和外包的阶段入手,设计出企业人力资源管理外包风险评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法对评价指标赋予权重,采用集值统计的方法进行定量评估。将建立的风险评价指标体系运用到R企业中,获得了与实际相符的评价结果,证明了风险评价体系的有效性,又针对评价结果提出规避人力资源管理外包风险的相关措施。
Scientific evaluation of human resource management outsourcing risk is an important part of outsourcing management. This article starts with the source of risk and the stage of outsourcing, designs the evaluation index system of human resource management outsourcing risk, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to give weight to the evaluation index, and uses the method of set-value statistics to quantitatively assess. The established risk evaluation index system is applied to R enterprises, and the evaluation results are obtained in accordance with the actual situation. The validity of the risk evaluation system is proved. Relevant measures are also put forward to avoid the risk of human resources management outsourcing according to the evaluation results.
